We use USPS & UPS to get your orders to you. We charge a flat $7 delivery charge for all orders under $150. All orders over $150 ship FOR FREE!
Online Shipping Return Policy
We will gladly accept your online return for merchandise returned to us in new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. If your merchandise is accepted as new and unworn we will credit your credit card for the cost of the items. Your merchandise will not be accepted if it shows signs of wear or is missing tags or packaging.
In-store pickup returns are for store credit only.
Pointe shoes are not returnable under any circumstances.
For health reasons tights and all forms of undergarments are not returnable.
